Paul Tierney and Joanna Rycroft both work alongside our Specialist Clinicians/Sports Therapists/Physiotherapists providing a high standard rehabilitation, strength and conditioning services from our rehab suite.
Personal training is a one-to-one service to help you achieve your specific fitness or health goals, with the planning and motivation done for you! Our facilities are excellent for rehabilitation, general strength training, and specific sport-related training.
Working regularly with a personal trainer can help you to make life adjustments to allow physical activity to become part of your daily routine. Only 20-minutes of physical activity a day can make a dramatic change to your body’s shape and condition. Regular exercise will also help to make your heart and cardiovascular system healthier, and in addition, improve your mood. Exercise relieves stress and tension and can improve sleep.
Paul and Jo work from our fully equipped Rehab Suite utilising our specialist equipment such as Wattbike, Altitude Training, TRX, Treadmill and exercise related software for sports testing. They each have their own individual specialisms too – please follow this link for further information:
