Payment
Payment is required at the time of your visit. We accept most credit and debit cards, online payment or cash
Cancellation
Any cancellations must be advised 24-hrs in advance. Cancellations ‘on the day’ are charged at 100% if we cannot fill the space. We have a waiting list and will do what we can to avoid charging, however this isn’t always possible at short notice. ‘No-Shows’ will be charged in full.
What do I need to bring with me?
For your initial visit we will need you to fill out a form with some personal details – so if reading glasses are required, please bring them along
Details of any prescription medications which may be useful for us to know about
Any x-ray/scan results or consultant letters applicable to the presenting condition
Clothing
Depending on the presenting condition, you may like to bring along a pair of shorts, vest top or sports bra for example. Fashion isn’t our thing, but we do have shorts which you can borrow if necessary! We will always try to minimise any embarrassment.
Insurance/Legal
Our treatments are accepted by most health insurers but please check with your insurer prior to your visit and let us know if you have any questions. We ask that clients pay for their treatment at the time of the visit and claim thereafter.
